10 Points to project completion:
Point 1: We work
with the client to ensure we understand their requirements. 
Point 2: Design
outlines are sent to the client.
Point 3: The
client agrees on the design they like.
Point 4:The client
forwards all content to us, for inclusion in their project.
Point 5: We forward
a full design document and project quote to the client - any
design changes or client queries are tweaked at this stage.
Point 6: The
client gives sign-off on the design document and sends their
deposit of 25% - we begin work, regularly updating the client on our
progress.
Point 7: The
client views the completed work on our site and gives final sign-off.
Point 8: The
client sends the remaining 75% of the payment to us.
Point 9: On receipt
of payment the project is made "live" to the public on the
internet.
Point
10: Another completed project and a very satisfied client.
For
Web Site Design, once the project is delivered/made Live,
any
changes required will be charged at the previously agreed
maintenance
fee.
